THANK YOU PEOPLE HAHA!

So, a lot of people have been asking how to make pictures look smooth and quality?, well, this is the answer: Topaz Clean 3

1. Download Topaz Clean 3 from this website. (You can download the 30 day-free trial)
2. Install it, the file is on .zip, so extract it, and install it. You must have Photoshop in order of the plug-in to work.
3. Once the installing is over, open your photoshop, go to filters, you will see something like this. Go to Topaz Clean 3.
4. You will see something like this. In “Presets”, choose “Cartooned”, then go to Edges, and do this settings and click O.K.
And there you got it! Your picture looks quality in a second!, this plug-in has became in a must-have for photoshoppers! Easy isn’t it?
This is how your gif will look like:

1. Create or open your gif, you can learn how to make them here
2. Add some coloring, I am using it from this psd pack
3. Now, create a new layer, and drag it to the bottom.
4. Choose the shape tool (U) in the toolbar, select the shape you want your gif to have.
5. I chose a circle, so press shift to make sure your circle is equal and draw it.
6. Obvioulsy, the circle is not visible because it is at the bottom, so now choose all the rest of the frames (Shift+Click to the layers) and go to Layer> Create Clipping Mask
And there you have it! Easy and simple, that’s how you get your gif to have a shape :)
Make sure when the tweening options display, to check position and opacity, that way you’ll get the tween :)
Maybe it isn’t in MP4 format, because Photoshop doesn’t accept any others, review that :)
THANK YOU ALL
Go to Image> Image size and choose constrain proportions, then put the width and height of your photoset :)
This might help you http://heartittutorials.tumblr.com/post/11208711116/colored-background-in-a-screencap just duplicate the first layer of your gif and drag it to the top, now you can follow that tutorial
